Vanguard Crafting strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value if the original product is in new condition and returned within 30 days. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs
